Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the Daily Planner & Habit Tracker mobile application (“Daily Planner”). By installing or using Daily Planner you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
Licence
Daily Planner is provided free of charge for personal use on devices you own or are responsible for. You may not resell it, redistribute modified copies of it, or attempt to decompile or reverse engineer it except where that right cannot lawfully be restricted.
Reminders
Reminders are scheduled on your phone and depend on it: notifications must be allowed, and battery savers, Do Not Disturb, the phone being off, or the system limiting how many reminders an app may schedule can delay or stop them. Do not rely on Daily Planner alone for anything where a missed reminder could cause harm, such as taking medicine or catching a flight.
Your data
Your tasks and habits are stored only on your phone, and you are responsible for keeping them. We cannot recover them if the app is reset, uninstalled or the phone is lost; use Copy a backup or Share backup file if they matter to you.
Advertising
Daily Planner is supported by ads, provided by Google AdMob under Google’s own terms. We are not responsible for the content of ads or for any product or site an ad leads to.
No warranty
Daily Planner is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise that it will work on every phone, that every reminder will arrive on time, or that the app will be free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any lost data, any missed or late reminder, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of Daily Planner. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes and availability
We may update, change or discontinue Daily Planner or any of its features at any time.
